Up Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Up is a social utility that allows users to signal their availability, to go "Up," to their friends.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

• Registration: You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes harassing other users, sending spam, or attempting to compromise the security of the App.

4. Friend Requests and Safety

The App allows you to connect with friends. We recommend only connecting with people you know in real life. You acknowledge that your "Up" status and profile will be visible to friends you have accepted.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post to the App, such as your username and display name. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You can delete your account at any time via the App settings.
